This is a breakout board of the SPI-DIO and/or I2C-DIO with easy screwterminals.
On one side you have GND and the 7 IO signals. On the other you have 3x GND and 3x VCC terminals.
For the SPI-DIO you need the version with a 10-pin cable: the board interferes with the SPI connectors.
For the I2C-DIO you can chose between direct-mount (female connector on the bottom) or the 10-pin header on top to use the board with a cable.
